1. How soon is installation done after ordering?
Usually within 1-3 business days we agree on a convenient time and complete the installation in a single visit - no extra call-out needed.
2. What happens if the power goes out?
Our locks run on a lithium battery or AA/AAA batteries — a permanent power connection is not required. The only exception is outdoor/gate locks, where a permanent power supply is recommended for extra reliability.
3. Can I buy on installment?
Yes - every smart lock is available with Bank of Georgia's 0% installment plan, from 3 to 24 months, applied for directly on the site.
4. What if I lose my access code or key?
Full responsibility for the security of keys, access codes and cards rests with the lock's owner — the company cannot remotely recover a lost key or code. Recommendation: keep a spare key in a safe place and replace a depleted battery promptly.
5. What warranty do the products have?
Yes, every device comes with warranty coverage — ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the model and manufacturer, covering manufacturing defects.
6. Does it work without internet?
Yes, core functions (unlocking by code or card) work without internet; remote control and notifications require a Wi-Fi connection.
7. Can I replace my existing lock without installing a new door?
Yes, in most cases the smart lock is installed on your existing door, matching standard sizes — a new door is not required.
8. If the device breaks down, how much does a call-out cost?
If the defect is a manufacturing fault, the call-out and repair are free under warranty. If the issue has another cause (e.g. a lost code, misuse), the call-out is charged at a rate communicated in advance.
